Thai green chicken curry |
A healthy alternative to coconut milk that will bring your Asian inspired to life :)
THAI GREEN CHICKEN CURRY
2 tbsp Thai green curry paste
1 onion, sliced
1 spring onion, sliced
400g chicken filled, sliced
375 ml coconut cream
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup broccoli
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 small carrot, chopped
- Heat Thai green curry paste in pan.
- Add onion, cook 1 minute. Add Chicken, cook further 2 mins.
- Add coconut milk, water and fish sauce
- Add vegetables, bring to boil, simmer 3 minutes, If desired garnish with coriander leaves & serve with rice.
