THAI GREEN CHICKEN CURRY

Thai green chicken curry
A healthy alternative to coconut milk that will bring your Asian inspired to life :)

THAI GREEN CHICKEN CURRY
2 tbsp Thai green curry paste
1 onion, sliced
1 spring onion, sliced 
400g chicken filled, sliced
375 ml coconut cream
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup broccoli
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 small carrot, chopped
  1. Heat Thai green curry paste in pan.
  2. Add onion, cook 1 minute.  Add Chicken, cook further 2 mins. 
  3. Add coconut milk, water and fish sauce
  4. Add vegetables, bring to boil, simmer 3 minutes, If desired garnish with coriander leaves & serve with rice.
